The Critical Info Planning Hour

15th December 2025

The Critical Info Planning Hour is a weekly, guided session where you set aside time to work on your Critical Info profile — alongside others, in a supportive and focused space.

It’s similar to a group journaling or co-working session, but instead of writing freely, you’ll be:

  • completing sections of your Critical Info Platform profile
  • documenting key information, wishes and details at your own pace
  • making steady progress without pressure or overwhelm

Catherine will be present to gently guide the session, answer general questions, and help you stay focused. There’s no expectation to share, speak, or finish anything in one sitting.

If you need a quick one-on-one check-in, a private breakout room will be available during the session. You can step away briefly, ask a question, and return to the group when you’re ready.

This is about showing up, setting aside the time, and doing the work together.

When

  • Thursdays | 7:00–8:00pm
  • Fridays | 11:00am–12:00pm

Who it’s for

  • Anyone who has been meaning to start or finish their Critical Info profile
  • Carers, planners, and people holding a lot for others
  • Those who benefit from quiet accountability and shared presence

What it’s not

  • Not a legal or financial advice session
  • Not a workshop or presentation
  • Not a space where you’re required to share personal details

Just one hour. One step. One safer future.
