Catherine Ashton is honoured to be speaking at the Mornington Library at 11:00am on Saturday 6 December, as part of the launch of Dreams & Determination, a new Women Changing the World Press anthology featuring 24 women who chose to create meaning from challenge.
In this one-hour conversation, Catherine will be interviewed by writer and photographer Fiona Basile, whose own work and book Immerse explore finding light, faith, and purpose through life’s most difficult moments.
Together, they will reflect on Catherine’s journey — from rebuilding her life after a serious car accident, to navigating grief following the sudden loss of a close friend — and how these experiences inspired the creation of Critical Info.
The discussion will explore purpose, courage, and what it means to transform hardship into impact, as well as how we can better support one another to prepare for life, death, and everything in between.
This event is ideal for anyone seeking inspiration, a sense of community, or a gentle encouragement to pursue something meaningful in their own life.
Books will be available for purchase and signing on the day.
This is a free event, but bookings are essential.
